The vast majority of work we do is from "Custom Plans", developed from the Customer's ideas.
The Plans presented here are to be viewed as "Concept Plans", to give you an idea of some plan possibilities.
The room layouts, window or door locations can all be changed to suit the customer.
Most of these are projects we have built in the past.
The Seymour plan is our own home / Showhome, at our worksite in Salmon Arm, B.C.

You can visit this house (by appointment only Please).
We offer a "Log Shell" package along with several optional features regarding the Log Package itself.
We also offer a Window and Door package, designed and manufactured specifically for our logs.
Another option is an SIP roof system (Structural Insulated Panels) for the roof.
